Since 1958, the Ramon Magsaysay Awardees have been creating successful solutions to help alleviate poverty in their respective societies.

Some of our transformative leaders have founded microfinance institutions; some have started social enterprises; and some have promoted rural livelihood.  All of them are working towards ending poverty everywhere.

Thanks to their passionate work and successful solutions of KOMMALY CHANTHAVONG (Laos) and organizations like DOMPET DHUAFA (Indonesia) and CARD MRI (Philippines), millions of people in Asia have been given access to better livelihoods.
